Like the Filofax in the '80s, the BlackBerry tells onlookers you're busy and important. You're online 24/7, forever receiving email and answering it on the go. The new keypad is harder to use, however, and with many more smartphones supporting email, the BlackBerry is no longer the only way to stay connected. Is it still plump and juicy, or has the flavour started to fade?
