OLPC XO-1 (One Laptop Per Child)

It's easy to see that this isn't a normal laptop. Underneath its green and white exterior -- and Wi-Fi rabbit 'ears' -- is a super-minimalist machine running primarily open-source applications. Wait, no Vista or Leopard? No hi-def visuals? Could this be ground- breaking technology or is it just child's play?
