There's other issues - the phone dictionary doesn't remember new words so if you use certain phrases a lot you'll be spelling them EVERY TIME you need them. My old Sony Ericsson hremembered words, you could even edit the user dictionary. This, doesn't.
The media player is clumsy requiring you to manually create playlists on the phone (it can't use playlists created in other programs) or use the Samsung software on your PC to import and organise your music (treading all over the libraries you've organised with other programs).
I could go on and on. How about the key-lock that means you have to unlock the phone first, then try to end your call by the soft-key. This means that calls usually last longer than you want them to and that costs money.
Avoid this phone, it WILL drive you mad.
