WHY I CAN'T LIVE WITHOUT MY
Nokia 6610i
Why did you buy it?
To make emergency calls when sharks eat my tourists.
What does it do for you?
It lets me keep in contact with the mainland when I'm out on boats -- but we also have radio, so it's not essential. It's a great tool though, but it probably wouldn't survive falling in the water -- it barely survives living in my pocket. It store the names and telephone numbers of important clients and I can also receive emails on it.
Would you recommend it to others? Why?
No I wouldn't. The screen's cracked and I've seen lots of other phones I'd like a whole lot more than this one. Reception on it is usually very good though, and I suppose I've battered it around more than most people would. Maybe it's not fair to criticise it. I think I need a phone that's more suited to an extreme sports lifestyle, something made out of rubber. Any suggestions?
