What does it do for you?
It lets me handle my digital photographs at ludicrous speeds and resolutions. I'm completely trigger-happy when it comes to taking photos, and this is the fastest way to edit them. This Mac throws around 8-megapixel Nikon RAW files as if they were 16K GIFs.
Would you recommend it to others? Why?
If you're into photography and you want a fast computer to edit photos on, yes. I looked around for a long time before I decided on the G5. I needed a computer that wouldn't get viruses or have technical problems. I need to concentrate on my photos, not on repairing my tools..jpg)
