Someone bought it for me as a present.
What does it do for you?
It gives me information, it gives me pleasure and fits into any handbag -- even a teeny-weeny handbag that won't fit anything apart from my lipstick. I've put lots of podcasts, lectures and talks on it to help me keep up with the industry -- there are masses of podcasts out there discussing creativity issues and industry news. I've also got all my music on there and listen to it when I need cheering up.
Would you recommend it to others? Why?
Yes. I don't know whether iPods are technologically better than other MP3 players out there, but they do the job, they're small and they look beautiful.
